  Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are highly recommended if you would like dedicated, one-on-one time with our team to discuss a specific project, review samples, or plan a fabrication. However, walk-ins are always welcome! We are open to the public Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and you are free to stop by and browse our luxury collections at your convenience.

Do you install products that weren’t purchased through you?

Our primary focus is installing the custom fabric, window treatments, and hardware that we sell and fabricate directly. However, we do make exceptions for our trade partners: if an interior designer is working with us on a large-scale project and has supplementary products from another vendor, we can include those in our installation scope. Please note: We do not offer wallpaper installation services.

Is your showroom “To the Trade” only?

No, Designafi is proudly open to the general public! Homeowners and design enthusiasts are welcome to visit our showroom to browse and purchase from our curated selections and services.

For our industry partners, interior designers receive exclusive trade pricing on our products and have full access to our comprehensive support services, including site-measuring, fabrication, and installation.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is located at 100 Coastal Drive, Suite 115, Charleston, SC 29492. We are in the Marshside building at Nowell Creek Village on Daniel Island. Park in the large lot behind the building. Use this entrance and we are the first suite on your left.
